ダンスヨガで今年も…

 今日は、『花』でジョアンさんを囲んで、ポトラック形式で、ＳＹＳダンスヨガの仲間と
イベントの打ち上げと新年会が行われました。

イベントの思い出話をしながら楽しく会食
各々手作りの持ち寄りのご馳走
お腹も一杯となり落ち着いたら、座ってパスヨガ
最後はダンスパーティとなって盛り上がり

素晴らしいチーム仲間と一緒に、今年もヨガダンスで、身も心も健康でハッピーに過ごすことを
誓ってお開きとなりました！

    Yes, a great team:))
    It was alot of fun, and beautiful how everyone entered into a spontaneous meditation at the end after "Himawari"...and to feel the connections.
